6. Address Requirements & Changes(地址要求及修改)

You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address (including apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact phone numbers) at checkout. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or returns.

If not found, contact us within 3 days of the “delivered” status; we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or full refund.
